48 Hours to Buy

Marines Dave and Stephanie have to embark on their next, and possibly most challenging, mission: traveling cross-country to scout out and secure a new house in just 48 hours. Their orders are to relocate from sunny southern California to the swamplands of Sneads Ferry, North Carolina. With military precision, they join their agent and friend Sam on a whirlwind operation, heading into a market where houses are snatched up almost as fast as they’re listed. But as the pressure mounts, sparks start to fly between husband and wife over which house is the best fit for their family. Will their top choices fall into other hands, or can they come to terms in time to get the house they need?

Dads AJ and Robert are facing a dramatic life change. AJ has recurring carcinoma and needs to escape the intense Florida sunlight as soon as possible. Luckily, they’ve identified the perfect canopied oasis in the Pacific Northwestern town of Bellingham, Washington. Because they need to move before their son starts a new school, agent Margaret has only one weekend to help them find a house. They need enough space for both dads to work from home, their teenaged son to have privacy, and the family dog to play outside. Fortunately, Margaret is rooted in this quaint community and will do whatever it takes to bring this family home.

Retired drill sergeants Bernadette and Chris are on a mission fueled by love of family. Every house is a new adventure, but each seems to disappoint in a new and different way. With the clock ticking down on the last day, Chenell attempts a Hail Mary. But can she find the sisters their dream house before they need to fly out the following day?

Adjusting to the cozy style of homes they’ll find in the Pacific Northwest–aka downsizing their space by nearly half. Their agent Katrina, herself an Army wife, feels confident she can find the perfect fit for this active family. It just may take some tactical patience and a few creative negotiations.
