After being told as a child he would amount to nothing, Javier has dedicated himself to proving those people wrong. At 5’5″, Javier is one of the smaller cadets in his class, but he compensates for that by pushing himself the hardest. He always dreamed of being in law enforcement and he joined the military after high school, which provided him with valuable leadership skills that help him rise to the top of his academy class.

Raised by his mother, Javier developed protective instincts over her and his two sisters that transferred to his desire to protect his community. His father served time in prison giving him a unique perspective on the inmates. Although he succeeded in the academy at Southern, his size makes him an obvious target and his eagerness to be the boss could land him in trouble.
